Earlier in August, we had news that Samsung has already booked the first lot of SD845 chips for the upcoming 2018 flagship Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ and now, we have a report which confirms that entire first lot of SD845 chipset are sold to Samsung upcoming S9.

The Samsung upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ will be powered by SD845 chips and are made available only for US markets. So again other smartphone manufacturers have to wait longer to get their hands on the SD845 chip for their upcoming flagship smartphones. With this again Samsung will lead the market next year.

Last year Samsung helped Qualcomm to achieve the 10nm process with SD835 chip and also acquired the first lot of SD835 chips for Samsung Galaxy S8 which made other brands like LG, HTC etc to launch devices with outdated SD821 chips and some smartphone brands delayed their launches due to this.

We also had rumors that Samsung might launch the Samsung Galaxy S9 earlier than expected. So we can expect the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9 will hit the stores by mid-March. If this news is true then we can expect Samsung to launch the Samsung Galaxy S9 on last week of Feb in MWC Barcelona. As of now, there is no official confirmation about the Samsung Galaxy S9 launch so we have to wait a bit longer for some more leaks.
