One of the codename Taimen was spotted on GeekBench, which means the device is been under testing phase.As per the pic from GeekBench, there is an SD octa-core chip now we are not sure which CPU it could be.It is confirmed that the chip is from Qualcomm but not sure about the exact model of the CPU.It will be having 4GB RAM which similar to what we found on previous year Pixel and Pixel XL.
The interesting fact is that the next version of Android will be called the Android O. The codename Taimen is running Android O out of the box from the above images.The Taimen will be bigger than the other two codename Muskie and Walleye. The Taimen might be the successor to the Moto Nexus 6 which was launched late 2014.We have to wait for few more leaks to get in detail specs and design of the upcoming Google smartphones.
