Nokia is all set to launch some smartphones later this month at MWC 2018 with just a few weeks left for the event, we have now spotted two new Nokia devices listed on Russian certification website.

Nokia TA-1043 & TA-1046 has passed through the Russian certification and might launch anytime soon.Nokia had applied for certification in late Jan and now it has been approved.The new Nokia TA-1046 might be rumoured Nokia TA-1047to be the touch and type smartphones featuring QWERTY keyboard.Earlier the Nokia TA-1047 was already certified in Russia and we can expect Nokia to officially announce the devices across Europe in coming months.

Earlier Nokia announced about their awesome smartphone which will be unveiled at MWC 2018 and is expected to launch the Nokia 7 Plus and many other devices at the event.

Huawei P20 Lite with 19:9 aspect ratio receives FCC certification in China

Huawei upcoming flagship the Huawei P20 series is all set to launch on Feb 27 in Paris and today we have spotted the new Huawei P20 Lite passes through the FCC certification in China.

The alleged Huawei P20 Lite is been listed as Huawei ANE-LX1 at FCC website.As per FCC documents, the device will feature 19:9 aspect ratio display due to the presence of notch above the display.

As per FCC, the device will probably use 6.1 inches display with a resolution of 2280*1080p.The phone will measure 148*70mm.At the back, we can see the Dual cameras which are aligned Vertically and looks similar to iPhone X rear camera.As per leaked documents, there is no fingerprint scanner shown on the schematics.

The Huawei P20 Lite will also have support for quick charging with output ratings of 5V at 2A and 9V with 2A and will be fueled with 2900 mAh battery.Apart from this, there are no more details leaked.

Earlier popular tipster Evan Blass leaked the first press renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S9+ and today we have the new renders popped online with Coral Blue version of Samsung Galaxy S9+.

As per the leaked renders, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ looks similar to previous leaks and comes with nearly bezel-less Infinity Display at the front with a thick bottom and top bezels.Above the display, we have the earpiece, sensors, IRIS scanner, and selfie camera.

At the back, we have the Dual cameras aligned vertically with Dual LED flash with heart rate sensor beside it and fingerprint scanner below the camera.Below the fingerprint scanner we have the Samsung branding and at the bottom, we have the Galaxy S9+ branding which confirms that the device is Samsung Galaxy S9+.

Samsung will launch the Samsung Galaxy S9 & Samsung Galaxy S9+ at MWC 2018 later this month.

Samsung Galaxy C10 Plus with 6GB RAM spotted on Antutu benchmarks

Earlier we had got few renders of the alleged Samsung Galaxy C10  were leaked online. Today, the device was spotted online on Antutu Benchmarks.

As per listing on Antutu, the device is listed as Samsung SM-C9150 which is none other than the alleged Samsung Galaxy C10 Plus.As per Antutu, the Samsung Galaxy C10 Plus will now feature Full HD+ 18.5:9 aspect ratio Infinity Display but we are still not sure about the display size.

The Samsung Galaxy C10 Plus will be powered by SD660 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded via microSD card.As of now, there are no details leaked about the cameras whether it will feature a Dual or Single camera.Stay Tune for some more leaks about the latest Samsung mid-ranger.

Google Announce the Internet Saathi program for digital literacy of women in rural India to cover 4000 villages across 6 districts will Facilitate Cloud Credits for Startups in Tamil Nadu

Continuing with its digital literacy initiative aimed at empowering women in rural India, Google India and Tata Trusts today announced the expansion of its ‘Internet Saathi’ program in the state of Tamil Nadu by Dr M.Manikandan, Minister for Information Technology, Tamil Nadu in the presence of Sri T K Ramachandran IAS, Principal Secretary (Information Technology), Sri  Anandrao V Patil IAS, Commissioner, Tamil Nadu eGovernance Agency (TNeGA) and Sri R Sudalaikannan IAS, Chairman & Managing Director Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT).

Google India and the Government of Tamil Nadu today also announced other initiatives to support the digitization efforts in the state. Google India will facilitate the provision of Google Cloud credits and access through its affiliate,  for eligible startups engaged with Tamil Nadu Government’s startup initiative. Google India will also,   through its Developer Relations team, provide technical mentorship and advisory support to various startups.

Other initiatives as part of the announcement today include: working together to make all government sites mobile friendly, introduce joint programs to help local small and medium businesses get online, and internet safety education for children to stay safe online.

Launched as a pilot in Rajasthan in July 2015 along with Tata Trusts, Google had announced the ambitious plans to scale the Internet Saathi program, to cover 300,000 villages across India in December 2015. In Tamil Nadu, the program has already started to roll out and will be covering over 4000 villages across 6 districts.

Dr M.Manikandan, Minister for Information Technology, Tamil Nadu said, “Google India is a valuable partner of the state of Tamil Nadu and we are happy to launch the Internet Saathi program that will benefit rural women, across our state. We believe all the initiatives launched today with them that will benefit women, small businesses, youth, and others across our state. Our mission is to Digitize Tamil Nadu and Google’s efforts in the state will help in the same direction.”

As per the latest report released by Kantar IMRB – ICube – Rural Internet Report for 2017: There are 134 million active Internet users in rural India that continue to be dominated by male users. Using the train the trainer model, women in villages were equipped with smartphones and tablets, that enabled them to explore the world of Internet and help reduce the digital gender divide in rural India. Today, with over 36,000 Internet Saathi across 12 states, 13.5 million women have already benefited from the program in over 1,40,000 villages.

Speaking about the expansion, Chetan Krishnaswamy, Director, Public Policy Google India said, “Google India is pleased to work with the government of Tamil Nadu in its efforts to make Tamil Nadu a truly digitally empowered state. We have been hard at work, in partnership with Tata Trusts to change the female: male ratio of new Internet users in rural India and in the last two years have seen it move from 1 in 10 in 2015 to 3 in 10 in 2017. We’re delighted with the progress we have made with the Internet Saathi model and the impact it has had on the saathis, their families, kids and their communities. Through our expansion in Tamil Nadu, we hope to benefit over 600K women in the first phase of the program and will be adding more villages as we move forward.”

Recently, Google India and Tata Trusts announced the extension of the Internet Saathi program, to support the Foundation For Rural Entrepreneurship Development (FREND) set up by Tata Trusts . Under this initiative, Google is jointly working with the new foundation, to create digitally enabled livelihood opportunities for the Internet Saathis. FREND, will become a vehicle for other like minded companies and institutions to utilise the Internet Saathi network and enable dissemination of information and services in the rural areas thereby creating newer avenues of income for these women in rural India. This will be in addition to imparting digital literacy to millions of rural women under the ongoing Internet Saathi program.

As of now, the tweet has been deleted by Three probably because they shared the upcoming smartphone details.As per leaks, Sony might unveil the successor to the last year flagship Sony Xperia XZ1 with Sony Xperia XZ2 along with Sony Xperia XZ Pro at MWC 2018.

OnePlus CEO claims that OnePlus X2 will not launch this year.

Earlier we got some rumours from TechPP claiming that OnePlus X2 is all set to be launched this year.But now we have bad news, as per OnePlus CEO Carl Pei claims that all rumours about the OnePlus X2 are fake.

Carl Pei shared the link to the post about the OnePlus X2 from GSMArena and mentioned as Nope. So those who were happy about the OnePlus X2 launching soon will not happen anytime this year and probably OnePlus might never launch a mid-range device anytime soon after OnePlus X bad sales.

This is not the first time OnePlus denied the rumours of OnePlus X successor earlier so we had got many rumours about the device for which OnePlus has denied it.Anyway, we have to wait for OnePlus 6 which will be launching in June this year.

Samsung is working on Exynos Auto SoC for cars.

Samsung is all set to enter the Automotive industry with their latest range of chips dedicated to Cars.As per reports, Samsung is all set to launch their very first chip for cars and will be named as Exynos Auto.

As per the report, the first manufacturer to use the Exynos Auto SoC will be none other than premium car manufacturer Audi.The new chips will be powering the automotive built-in card infotainment systems, digital dashboards and heads-up displays.Samsung had partnered with Audi in 2015 and later in 2016 Samsung has also provided the altered smartphone-based Exynos chips for Audi cars but with the new Exynos, Auto chips will be made especially for cars.

There are also rumours about the Exynos Auto will also support LTE connectivity. Apart from Audi, there are no other brands has partnered with Samsung for their Exynos Auto chips as of now.The new Exynos Auto chips will be entering mass production by end of this year and we might see 2019 Audi cars using the Exynos Auto chips.

Xiaomi is all set the upgraded version of Mi Mix 2 with Mi Mix 2s.Earlier we had got few rumours about the device which has been codenamed as Polaris.Now popular tipster @Universeice has shared the screenshot of the Antutu benchmarks scores on Twitter.

As per the benchmarks, the device is listed as Polaris which is none other than the rumoured Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S.The device has scored impressive 2,70,461 scores under Antutu benchmarks for CPU, GPU, UX and memory.

Probably the upcoming Mi Mix 2S might be powered by the latest SD845 SoC as per earlier rumours.Apart from that, the device might be coupled with 6GB RAM and will come with a bezel-less display.

HTC launches the HTC U11+ in India for Rs.56,990/- exclusively on Flipkart.

HTC finally launches the HTC U11+ in India today.HTC had launched the HTC U11+ in late November last year in Taipei and now it has hit Indian shores.The HTC U11+ is priced at Rs.56,990/- and will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting from Feb 7.

HTC U11+ is now built out of Liquid Glass back with tri-axis curves and comes in two colours with Ceramic Black, and Amazing Silver.It is having a similar design as the HTC U11 and the only change is with the display.Now the HTC U11+ is having a nearly bezel-less display at the front with thick bezels on top and bottom of the display.On the top of the display, we have the Selfie camera with Sensor and Earpiece and nothing below the display.On the right, we have the Power key with Volume rockers above it.At the back, we have the Single camera with Dual Tone Dual LED flash and fingerprint sensor below it with HTC Branding below the fingerprint scanner.It weighs 188 grams and is 8.5 mm thick.

HTC U11+ sports 6.0 inches QHD+ Super LCD 6 display having a resolution of 2880*1440p having an aspect ratio of 18:9 with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top for protection.Do note there are no physical home button or navigation button instead it comes with on-screen navigation button.

HTC U11+ is powered by the same SD835 coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage version which can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB.It comes with a single 12MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.7, HTC UltraPixel 3, BSI Sensor, OIS, Dual LED flash, 4 mics with Acoustic Focus recording and can record videos up to 4K.The front camera is of 8MP having an aperture of f/2.0, BSI Sensor, and capable of video recording up to 1080p.There is also Edge Sense feature which made debut with HTC U11 earlier this year.It also comes with U-Sonic earphones within the retail package.

Connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and USB Type C port at the bottom of the device.It is fueled by 3930 mAh battery with QC 3.0 support and runs Android 8.0 with HTC Sense UI on top.It also has an IP68 rating which makes the device dust and water resistant.
