iQOO is reportedly working on a new Neo 11-series phone for the Chinese market, this time powered by a Dimensity chipset instead of Snapdragon.
According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the device is expected to launch in China in Q2 this year, though rising component costs could affect the schedule. The exact name isn’t final yet – it may launch as the iQOO Neo 11 Pro or under a different brand – but most of its hardware is said to mirror that of the existing Neo 11.
Leaked specs suggest a 6.82-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 16MP selfie camera, and a 50MP (OIS) + 8MP ultra-wide dual rear camera setup. It could offer up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, a 7,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
A separate report claims iQOO has no plans to launch any Neo-branded phones in India this year, so this Neo 11-series model will likely remain exclusive to China for now.
