The iQOO 15 Ultra is now official. It’s the first iQOO phone with an active cooling fan and the first model that truly warrants the “Ultra” name, as previous top-tier versions carried the “Pro” label instead.

The iQOO 15 Ultra features a 6.85-inch 2K+ (3168×1440p) Samsung M14 8T LTPO AMOLED flat display on the front. It comes with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz and HDR10+ support. The display also features a whopping 6000 nits of peak brightness. This time, the device also features a single-point Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The iQOO 15 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, coupled with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5x Ultra Pro RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 storage space. According to iQOO, the gaming processor Q3 supports seven official titles with native super-resolution and super-frame, delivers the only real 2K gaming quality in the industry, and can play 2K+144 FPS simultaneously.
The iQOO 15 Ultra features an advanced Ice Dome Cooling System with a custom-designed Ice Dome fan with 59 blades, measuring 17×17 mm. It also includes an 8000 mm² extra-large VC heat dissipation plate paired with dual-layer, ultra–high thermal-conductivity graphite, enabling one-click global cooling for sustained, cooler high-performance output.
The iQOO 15 Ultra introduces a new generation of ultra-responsive gaming controls. Its highly sensitive shoulder triggers, precision gyroscope, and ultra-fast touch input work together at the system level to deliver a multi-dimensional control experience, pushing in-game responsiveness and operational performance to a significantly higher standard.
The device will come with a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor coupled with gimbal stabilisation. There is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide with f/2.2 & 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens (f/2.46) with 3x optical zoom & OIS. It also supports a massive 100x digital zoom.
There is a 32MP selfie shooter on the front. The new iQOO 15 Ultra will pack a 7400 mAh battery with a whopping 100W fast wired and 40W wireless charging. It runs on Android 16 OS with OriginOS 6 on top.
It comes with stereo speakers that support Hi-Res Audio. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, NFC, IR Blaster, 5G, A-GPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and a USB-C port. The device also gets an IP68/69-rated & extra-large X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback.
