The vivo X300 Ultra has appeared in several reports lately, with the most recent one highlighting enhanced low-light camera capabilities. While bits and pieces about the device have been leaking out, a tipster has now shared what appears to be its full specifications.
Vivo X300 Ultra:
The new Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 pixels. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The device is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.

The new Vivo X300 Ultra features a 200 MP Sony LYT901 1-inch sensor with an f/1.57 aperture. The 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HPB telephoto sensor with an f/2.5 aperture, 3.7x optical zoom, and 85mm focal length support. Lastly, there is a 50 MP Sony Lytia LYT-828 ultrawide camera with an f/2.0 aperture and telephoto macro capabilities. It also has a 5MP sensor with a Zeiss T* coating, ZEISS optics, and an LED flash. The device comes with a 50MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Dual-Band Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X300 Ultra series features an Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and an IR Blaster. It is also IP68/IP69 rated, making it both dust and water-resistant.
The Vivo X300 Ultra has a 7000 mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. It runs on Android 16 OS with Origin OS 6 on top.
