Vivo’s X200T has purportedly been leaked today, revealing its full specifications a little over a week after we heard about it.

The new Vivo X200T will sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260p. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The device is powered by the latest Dimensity 9400+ SoC coupled with 16GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage options.
The new Vivo X200T features a new 50MP main 1/1.28″ Sony LYT-818 VCS 3.0 with an f/1.57 aperture, coupled with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 telephoto sensor with an f/2.57 aperture, providing 3x optical zoom & 100x digital zoom support. Lastly, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, a telephoto macro, and an LED flash. The device comes with a 32MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, NAVIC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo X200T features an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and an IR Blaster. It is now protected from hot water jets with an IP69 rating.
The Vivo X200T has a 6200 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charge support. It runs on Android 15 OS with Origin OS 5 on top. The device measures 8mm thick and weighs 223g.
You might recognise these specs from the vivo X200S. Vivo will re-launch the X200s as the X200T if this leak holds true and isn’t outright wrong. The source says the price in India will be around 60,000 INR.
