On September 23, Qualcomm is slated to make the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC official, and the iQOO 15 is anticipated to be one of the first smartphones to use it. The colour-changing feature has already returned as the release date approaches, but the phone will also have another surprise up its sleeve.

An LED strip surrounds the camera ring. It is depicted in the promotional image below. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the periscope telephoto shooter will make the camera island a little thicker.

Previous rumours indicate that the iQOO 15 will include a Samsung-supplied 6.85-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 6,000 nit, a 50 MP primary camera with a 1/1.5″ type sensor, a 50 MP telephoto, and an ultrawide. The battery should have a capacity of 7,000–8,000 mAh and allow both wireless and 100W rapid cable charging.
