Redmi appears to be nearly set to release the Pad 2 Pro, the replacement for the first Redmi Pad Pro from the previous year, after launching the Pad 2 in June. Along with the promotional photos, a recent leak discloses some of the tablet’s characteristics.
Redmi Pad Pro:
Xiaomi’s new Redmi Pad 2 Pro comes with a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD panel that supports 2560 × 1600 pixels and offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display features a brightness of 600nits and Dolby Vision support. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, fabricated by TSMC on a 4-nanometer scale. The device comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of UFS 2.2 flash memory.
There is an 8MP camera on the back with autofocus, and another with an 8MP Selfie camera on the front. The device weighs 890 grams and is 7.52 mm thick. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro comes with a massive 12,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support.
