The Reno series is updated by Oppo twice a year. It appears that the Reno 15 series will launch in late November or early December, after the May premiere of the Reno 14 series. We are now seeing what Oppo has in store for us for the first time, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station.
The leak indicates that there will be three versions in the Reno 15 family once more. A normal Reno 15, a Reno 15 Pro, and a new top-end Reno 15 Pro+ are anticipated based on the features, albeit the names have not been verified. The Reno lineup’s first of its sort would be the Pro+.
Despite having somewhat differing screen sizes, all phones have a crisp 1.5K resolution. The standard Reno 15 features a 6.59-inch LTPS panel, while the Pro downsizes to 6.31 inches with the same LTPS technology. In contrast, the Pro+ expands to 6.78 inches with LTPO, offering more power efficiency and smoother refresh rates.
According to reports, all models have some design elements in common. A metal frame, a 2.5D straight screen, and the same single piece of cold-carved glass that was used in the Reno 14 series are reportedly features of the three phones.
Regarding cameras, the Reno 15 Pro and Pro+ are anticipated to have a large 200-megapixel primary sensor, and all three will have a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens for close-ups.
Of course, we still don’t know a lot about processors, charging times, and costs. As the launch draws nearer, more information is probably going to leak.
