Today at Berlin’s IFA showcase, Samsung took the wraps off its latest Galaxy S25 FE smartphone. Sharing a familiar design with the previous S24 FE model, it steps up with a larger battery capacity and a host of refinements. Out of the box, it’s equipped with One UI 8 built on Android 16, backed by a solid seven-year commitment to software upgrades and security fixes.
Galaxy S25 FE:
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on top and sports up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness.
Last year’s Exynos 2400 SoC will power the Galaxy S25 FE. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
A triple camera setup includes a 50MP camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, OIS, and a 12MP Ultra-wide sensor. The device will feature the new 12MP selfie shooter.

The Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 4,900mAh battery and 45W fast charging. Besides 15W wireless charging, the smartphone has an IP68 rating, making it dust and water-resistant.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE, VoLTE, 5G, Wifi-6, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 & under-display fingerprint scanner.
The Galaxy S25 FE will boot Android 16 out of the box with One UI 8. In addition, the FE will receive security updates for 7 years and will be updated through 7 OS generations.
