One UI 7’s rollout has already been delayed several times. Even on the Galaxy S24 series, users had to wait months for the Android 15-based update. Only the Galaxy S25 lineup and the recently launched Galaxy A06 5G run the firmware. In March, a new leak suggests Samsung will begin rolling out One UI 7 for Galaxy S24 devices and Galaxy Z foldables.

Samsung phones and tablets are still waiting for the Android 15 update. It has already been weeks, even months since many big Android brands sent the OTA to their flagship devices. There have even been rumours that the company is deliberately doing this to temporarily bolster its Galaxy S25 series’s appeal. According to some reliable tipsters and insiders, Samsung struggled during development.

According to PandaFlash X, One UI 7 could finally be available on the Galaxy S24 series in March. Samsung’s 2024 foldable, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6, could also receive the same treatment. The tipster cites an “internal Samsung software source,” though he adds that “confirmation is pending.”

However, the timeframe is in line with that suggested by Tarun Vats, another tipper. Vats said last month that Samsung could begin rolling out One UI 7 by late February or early March. Whether these leaks prove true and users of the Galaxy S24 lineup receive the long-awaited update remains to be seen.
