After an extended teaser campaign, OnePlus has officially launched the OnePlus 15T in China, succeeding last year’s OnePlus 13T and bringing upgrades across the board, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a larger 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery with faster 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.

OnePlus 15T:

The new OnePlus 15T will feature a smaller 6.32-inch 1.5K (2640x1216p) OLED LTPS display with a 165Hz refresh rate. OPPO Crystal Shield Glass protects the top display. It comes with 4500 nits of peak brightness, 1600 nits of peak full-screen brightness, a DisplayMate A+ rating, and Dolby Vision support.

OnePlus 15T will ship with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. The device comes with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

It comes with stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos. On the back, the OnePlus 15T will ship with a dual-rear camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS. There is a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto sensor with 3.5x optical zoom, OIS, and LED flash. The high-resolution sensor in the camera enables it to capture images at 2x zoom while maintaining excellent image quality. There is the same 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture.

The OnePlus 15T packs a massive 7500 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. It runs on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, USB Type-C port, and 1216 Linear Speaker, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio certification.

Pricing:

The device comes in three color options: white, brown, and green. The entry-level version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at CNY 4,299 (around $625), while the top configuration with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage costs CNY 5,699 (about $828).
