iQOO has been hinting at the 15R’s arrival in India for a few weeks, and the brand has now finally set an official date.
The iQOO 15R is set to launch in India on February 24, as confirmed by the company through a post on X (formerly Twitter).
While iQOO hasn’t shared the full spec sheet yet, a few key details are already known. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and will ship with Android 16 running iQOO’s OriginOS skin. On the back, it will feature a dual-camera setup.
An Amazon India listing has also gone live, confirming that the iQOO 15R will be priced under INR 55,000.
From what we’ve seen so far, the 15R appears to be essentially a rebadged version of the iQOO Z11 Turbo, which debuted in China earlier this month.
If that’s the case, the iQOO 15R is expected to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 200MP main rear camera, and a 7,600mAh silicon-carbon battery.
