As part of the newly formed Realme x Ricoh Imaging partnership, Realme will unveil its GT 8 series later this month, with the GT 8 Pro featuring a custom Ricoh Imaging tuning. We have some new information ahead of tomorrow’s keynote, where both brands will provide more details about their collaboration.
The Intuitive Algorithm Engine eliminates common smartphone photography mistakes such as over-sharpening, over-saturation, and over-smearing. Additionally, Realme revealed you can expect to see RAW-level pixel processing for maximum image data, 10-bit color depth, and ultra-sense HDR for natural light and shadows.
The GT 8 Pro will also be compatible with Ricoh GR’s 28mm and 40mm equivalent focal lengths. Cameras will be fitted with anti-glare lens films with ultra-low reflection coatings that transmit up to 97% of light.
Ricoh GR’s iconic photography tones will be featured on the GT 8 Pro. There are five options: Positive, Negative, High-contrast Black & White, Standard, and Monochrome.
Realme GT 8 Pro will also feature a Ricoh-inspired immersive viewfinder mode that hides all camera UI elements, leaving just a framing box.
