Samsung seems to have accidentally tipped its hand on a pair of new affordable tablets. A slip-up in an official posting has revealed some major specs for two new budget-friendly models. The Galaxy Tab A11 and its sibling, the Galaxy Tab A11+, have appeared unexpectedly on the company’s site, so let’s break down what we know so far.

Tipster Roland Quandt first noticed these devices on Samsung’s UAE webpage. As a refresher, both the Tab A11 and Tab A11+ had already shown up on Geekbench earlier, and the LTE edition of the regular Tab A11 even got certified by Bluetooth SIG. But this new reveal comes straight from Samsung itself.

Diving into the details, the Galaxy Tab A11 features an 8.7-inch screen that runs at a smooth 90Hz. MediaTek’s Helio G99 processor powers it, teamed up with 4GB of memory and storage options of either 64GB or 128GB. Keeping things running is a solid 5,100mAh battery, all packed into a slim 8mm body that tips the scales at 335 grams.

The Galaxy Tab A11+ also made an appearance on the site, though specifics are still a bit thin. That said, its Geekbench entry points to MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 or 7300X chip under the hood.

We caught glimpses of the actual Galaxy Tab A11 in photos last month, and now this official tease gives us a look at both. From the back, there’s just one camera lens, and up front, chunky borders frame the screen. Like the standard version, it comes in a Wi-Fi-only flavor too. Given that the Dimensity 7300 is a step up in performance, it’s safe to bet on 5G support as well.
