Now official, the Moto G96 boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor, a 5,500mAh battery, and a quick 144Hz display.

The new Moto G96 will feature a massive 6.67-inch FHD+ pOLED 10-bit curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Again, the device is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, paired with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage space, with support for microSD cards.
The device features a 50MP Sony LYTIA-700C sensor, coupled with OIS, and an 8MP macro sensor with an LED flash. It also features a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device has an in-display fingerprint scanner and is IP68 and MIL-STD-810H certified, making it water-resistant.
Additionally, the device features a dual-stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass, vocals and clarity.
The connectivity options include Dual-Band Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, Dual SIM support, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.4. The device features a 5500 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and ships with Android 15 OS out of the box.
Motorola is promising four years of security patches and three Android version updates.

Moto G96 comes in four Pantone colors, including Greener Pastures, Cattleya Orchid, Ashleigh Blue, and Dresden Blue. The new Moto G96 8GB/128GB cost Rs.17,999/- whereas the 8GB/256GB at Rs.19,999/- in India.
