Samsung has released the reasonably priced Galaxy Buds Core, which are powerful for the price. In the sub-5K price range, the new earbuds offer high-end features like ANC, Galaxy AI integration, and even support for Samsung’s proprietary HQ codec.

The Galaxy Buds Core have wing tips for a snug fit and resemble the Galaxy Buds FE in appearance. In addition to promising rich, deep sound with strong bass, Samsung did not provide any additional information about their “new dynamic driver.” To keep noise out of your music sessions, they also offer Active Noise Cancellation. Three microphones on each earbud promise “best in segment” call quality.

Naturally, the Galaxy Buds Core has AI capabilities since it is 2025. Real-time, two-way face-to-face interpretation is delivered straight to your ears with these earbuds that incorporate Galaxy AI’s Interpreter feature. These earbuds are Galaxy, so they connect to Galaxy devices with ease and can be found using Samsung Find. In addition to touch controls, the earbuds feature an auto-switch function that enables simultaneous use with multiple devices.

The Galaxy Buds Core have a decent battery life in terms of staying charged. The earbuds have a 35-hour audio playback time without ANC, including charging case capacity. That amount will drop to about 20 hours if ANC is enabled, which is still a very respectable amount. You should be able to get through a busy day with it, and then some.

Samsung Seamless Codec (SSC) compatibility is another feature of the reasonably priced earbuds. They can now enjoy high-quality wireless audio from Samsung devices thanks to this. Additionally, they support SBC and AAC for devices made by other brands.

The Galaxy Buds Core are rated IP54 for durability, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and dust. They are therefore appropriate for working out because they can tolerate a little perspiration or a drizzle without experiencing any problems. They establish a steady and dependable connection with your smartphone or other devices through Bluetooth 5.4. The case features a handy USB-C port for charging.
