As promised, OPPO has released the OPPO A5 Pro 5G smartphone in India. With its 360° Armour Body, exceptional waterproofing, and certification for 14 military-grade environmental tests, it is designed to survive India’s harshest environmental conditions and has a 6.67-inch HD+ 120Hz LCD screen.
OPPO A5 Pro:
The new OPPO A5 Pro 5G will sport a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD with 120Hz refresh rate support. It is now powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM & 128GB/256GB storage options. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
On the back, the Oppo A5 Pro 5G will ship with dual-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. It comes with an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.05 aperture.
All this is backed by a 5800 mAh battery with 45W fast charging. It runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, and stereo speakers.
OPPO claims that the phone can withstand 18 different types of liquid spills, including coffee, tea, milk, soda, water, and more. Additionally, its IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings certify it against the highest levels of dust and water ingress. A 200% network boost will enhance signal reception in areas with limited coverage.

Oppo A5 Pro 5G is priced at Rs.17,999/- for 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB at Rs.19,999/- in India. For this smartphone, the brand is offering a cashback of up to 1500 INR and no-cost EMI options. The OPPO A5 Pro 5G is available in Feather Blue and Mocha Brown colours.
