OnePlus introduces the OnePlus Hammer in a video. With the device, objects can be transformed through quantum rearrangement, and new products can be created. This is an April Fools’ joke if you haven’t figured it out.
A “small and powerful device” called the OnePlus 13T transformed the host into the host of the faux event. This way, the company confirmed the new device and said it would be released this month.
We haven’t seen a T product since August 2022, when OnePlus claimed they were “diluting the flagship portfolio.” It seems that will change, and while the R will remain a premium product, the 13T will be smaller.
The new phone is expected to compete directly with the Galaxy S25 Edge, iPhone 17 Air, and other mini-sized smartphones. According to one rumor, the phone will pack a 6,200 mAh battery with 80W wired charging, have a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and display a relatively small 6.3″.
