Motorola has just launched a new tablet in the Indian market. The Moto Pad 60 Pro features quad speakers from JBL, a massive battery, and a high-resolution display.

The Moto Book 60 is Motorola’s first laptop, available exclusively in India, to enter the personal computing segment. With this move, the company is expanding its ecosystem and bringing its design-centric approach to a new category. For professionals, students, and creators, the Moto Book 60 offers a blend of premium design and robust performance.

Moto Pad 60 Pro:

The Moto Pad 60 Pro will now feature a 12.7-inch WQXGA LTPS LCD 3K (3096 x 2064p) display. It will support HDR10, Dolby Vision, and a 144Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the device features a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button.

The Moto Pad 60 Pro has a Dimensity 8300 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Using a microSD card slot, users can expand storage up to 1TB. It has a 13MP main sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and LED flash, and an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture.

 

The device features quad JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos support, one located at the top and the other at the bottom. It will also get Stylus support. The Moto Pad 60 Pro packs a 10,200 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. It runs on Android 14 OS.

The connectivity options include Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and a USB Type-C port. The Moto Pad Pro is available in single colour with PANTONE Bronze Green colour.

Pricing:

There are two storage configurations available, starting at 26,999 INR for the 8GB + 128GB model. The higher-end 12GB + 256GB version costs 28,999 INR. Motorola is also offering a bank discount of 2,000 INR. On 23rd April 2025, the first sale will begin. Currently, it is only available through Flipkart, a popular e-retailer in India.

Moto Book 60:

The Moto Book 60 features a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display with Dolby Vision, HDR, and TÜV certifications, offering vibrant and eye-friendly visuals. With a 120Hz refresh rate, it supports a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It comes in Pantone-curated Bronze Green and Wedgewood, each housed in an all-metal, military-grade (MIL-STD-810 h) body weighing 1.39 kg.

It features Intel’s Core 5 210H and Core 7 240H processors, 16GB of DDR5 RAM (upgradable to 32GB), and up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Microsoft Office Home and Student 2024 is included and runs on Windows 11 Home.

The Moto Book 60 is equipped with Motorola’s Smart Connect solution for multi-device syncing. Among these features are Smart Clipboard, Swipe to Share, and File Transfer, which enable seamless interaction with Motorola smartphones and tablets.

As for connectivity, the device offers Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1, two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (with DisplayPort 1.4), HDMI, microSD card reader, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

There are stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a 1080p IR webcam with a privacy shutter, dual mics, and a large 60Wh battery with 65W fast charging.

Pricing:

Starting April 23, 2025, the laptop will be available on Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading offline retailers. There are also EMI options up to 12 months, with No Cost EMI plans starting at just Rs. 5,167/month.

The Moto Book 60 with Intel Core 5 and 16GB/512GB cost Rs.66,990/-, Intel Core 7 with 16GB/512GB priced at Rs.74,990/- and Intel Core 7 with 16GB/1TB at Rs.78,990/- in India.
