Samsung has quietly debuted the Galaxy F16 5G in India. It is now available on Samsung India’s website with all of its features and characteristics. One of the phone’s main selling points is that it comes with the most recent One UI 7 and guarantees six years of Android OS updates.

The new Galaxy F16 5G sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The notch houses a 13MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0. On the back, the Galaxy F16 features triple rear cameras: a 50MP primary shooter with an f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 and LED flash.
The Galaxy F16 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. The device has 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. It also comes with a dedicated microSD card slot. All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It supports dual-band AC WiFi, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.3, as well as two stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
It runs on Android 15 with One UI 7 on top. The device also features a fingerprint scanner on the side. Six major Android updates and six years of security patch support stood out the most.
This time, the Galaxy F16 5G is also IP54 rated, making it water-resistant. It measures 164.4 x 77.9 x 7.9mm and weighs around 200 grams, depending on the model.

Samsung’s Galaxy F16 5G is priced at Rs.11,499/—for 4GB/128GB, Rs. 12,999 /—for 6GB/256GB, and Rs. 14,499/—for 8GB/128GB in India. The prices are inclusive with flat Rs.1000/- discount.
