The X200 Ultra has now been spotted in the TENAA certification database in China, signalling its readiness for launch in the domestic market. This certification has also given us a first glimpse of the device, showcasing its design and key features.
A Closer Look at the Vivo X200 Ultra
The X200 Ultra’s design highlights its focus on photography. The back of the device is dominated by a large circular camera module, emphasizing its advanced camera capabilities. The module includes Zeiss branding in the upper-right corner, while the LED flash is positioned separately outside the circular enclosure.
The phone’s build features a flat metal frame paired with a display that curves subtly on all four edges, adding a touch of elegance. According to recent leaks from China, the X200 Ultra will sport a high-resolution “2K” OLED screen with a smooth high refresh rate, ensuring a premium visual experience.

Under the hood, the X200 Ultra is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
