The much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy A56 has been making headlines with various leaks and CAD-based renders. Now, China’s TENAA certification authority has unveiled the first live images of the device, giving us a closer look at its design.

Familiar Design with Subtle Refinements

As previously hinted, the Galaxy A56 will sport a redesigned camera layout. The triple-camera module is housed within an oval-shaped island, a design element reminiscent of Samsung’s Z Fold6. The LED flash remains on the side, echoing the placement seen on last year’s Galaxy A55.

The front of the Galaxy A56 retains a familiar appearance, featuring a punch-hole cutout at the top for the upgraded selfie camera. Samsung has also introduced a slightly raised section around the power and volume buttons on the right-hand side, which the company refers to as “Key Island.”

Hardware and Performance

Under the hood, the Galaxy A56 will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1580 chipset. It is promising a performance boost over its predecessor. The device packs a robust 5,000 mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging, ensuring extended usage and quick top-ups.

Expected Pricing and Availability

The Galaxy A56 is expected to hit the UK market with a price tag of £439, matching the launch price of the Galaxy A55. The growing number of leaks suggests that its release is just around the corner.

With its refined design and enhanced hardware. The Galaxy A56 is shaping up to be a worthy successor in Samsung’s mid-range lineup.
