Oppo is preparing to unveil its Find N5 next month, set to debut as the slimmest foldable phone on the market. According to rumours, the device will boast an unfolded thickness of just 4mm. Zhou Yibao, the product manager for the Oppo Find series, recently shared a video highlighting the phone’s remarkable thinness by comparing it with everyday objects.
In the video, the Find N5 appears marginally thicker than four stacked Chinese ID cards and nearly identical in thickness to two 1 CNY coins or a stack of 39 sticky notes. These comparisons suggest that the phone will indeed measure around 4mm thick, making it slimmer than the current record-holder, the Honor Magic V3, which measures 4.35mm in its unfolded state.
In another development, a well-known Chinese tipster, Experience More, leaked a render of the Find N5’s camera design. The render indicates a camera island resembling that of the OnePlus 13, featuring three camera modules and an LED flash positioned in the bottom-right corner. It was also noted that the camera island will protrude slightly from the device’s sleek body.
