Today, Oppo quietly launched the K12x affordable smartphone. It will be available for pre-order next week in China. The same phone might launch globally including India as OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite.

Oppo K12x 5G:

The Oppo K12x 5G will sport 6.67″ FHD+ (2400 x 1080p) OLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner & HDR10 support. Oppo K12x comes with the same SD695 SoC coupled with 8GB/12 LPDDRX4 RAM and 256GB/512GB UFS 2.2 internal storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot for storage expansion.

 

The Oppo K12x 5G will feature dual-rear cameras with a 50MP (f/1.8) main sensor coupled with dual 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensors with LED flash. There is a 16MP (f/2.5) selfie shooter on the front.

 

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G, 5G, and VoLTE support. It comes with Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NavIC, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, a 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3. Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos & X-axis linear motor sensor.

All this is backed by a 5500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging. It runs on Android 14 OS based on ColorOS 14 on top. It measures 8.3mm thick and weighs 191g. The device comes in Glow Green and Titanium Gray.
