In mid-2022, HTC launched the HTC A101 tablet across various markets, including South Africa and Russia. Now, nearly two years later, the brand has debuted an upgraded version, the HTC A101 Plus Edition tablet, specifically in Russia.

The HTC A101 Plus has a 10.95-inch WUXGA  IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. The screen is enclosed in a rounded-corner metal chassis. Bezels surround the display, and although they are not too large, they are not the slimmest either. They do, however, have the same thickness on all four sides.

HTC A101 Plus is powered by the UNISOC T606 clocked at 1.6GHz. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. There include a MicroSD card slot, which enables an additional 256GB of storage. Additionally, the tablet supports two SIM cards through its hybrid SIM slot. This time the tablet gets POGO magnetic pins to add certain accessories.

The HTC A101 Plus has two cameras on the rear — a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. Additionally, it has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for video chats. At the bottom, there are two speaker grilles, and an audio jack is located on the same side as the SIM tray and USB-C port. The tablet has a 7000mAh battery with 10W charging. It runs Android 14.

The HTC A101 Plus is now available in Russia for a price of 15,990 rubles, or about INR 14,600/-.
