In India, Acer has introduced the AI Predator Helios series laptops. With up to Intel i9 14th generation processors and RXT 4080 GPUs, the Acer Predator Helios 16 and AI Predator Helios Neo laptops offer a variety of configurations.

Predator Helios 16:

Predator Helios 16 is the brand’s most expensive model, and it features top-notch hardware. In addition to the 16.2-inch IPS display, the notebook sports 240Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and 3ms response time. The laptop is powered by a 14th Gen Intel Core i9 processor paired with either a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 or 4070 GPU.

The system comes with 16GB of GDDR5 RAM (upgradable to 32GB) and 1TB of PCIe Gen4 storage (upgradable to 2TB). The device runs on Windows 11 OS and supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Ports include one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, and two USB Type-C ports (Thunderbolt 4). With a 330W AC adapter, this device is powered by a large 90Wh battery pack.

Predator Helios Neo:

As with the Predator Helios Neo, the Acer Predator Helios Neo has a 16-inch IPS display with the same resolution, response time, and brightness. Despite this, it has a maximum refresh rate of 165Hz. In this gaming laptop, Intel i7 13th Gen CPUs are offered as well as i7 and i9 14th Gen CPUs. There are three graphics cards available with this CPU: RTX 4050, RTX 4060, and RTX 4070.

The Neo also has the same storage configuration, OS, connectivity options, ports, and battery capacity as the Helios 16. Both laptops feature a 3rd Mic and Purifier Voice 2.0. Purifier Voice 2.0 uses artificial intelligence to reduce background noise. The laptops also feature DLSS 3.5 with the new RTX 4000 series cards, swappable WASD Magkey 3.0, and RGB-backlit keyboards.
