On March 6th, Realme will launch its Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G devices in India. Before the launch, Realme teased a unique feature for the Realme 12 5G – a customizable “Dynamic Button”.

It’s unclear exactly what the button does, but teasers suggest it’s the power button. It appears that this button can be programmed to perform a variety of quick actions. In the teaser image, the user is shown controlling camera shutters, flashlights, silent modes, airplane modes, and do-not-disturb settings.

Dynamic Button is similar to Apple’s Action Button, which is found only on the higher-end iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models. By adopting a similar feature, Realme may introduce this type of feature to more affordable smartphone segments.

In the past, Realme has incorporated design cues and features found in Apple iPhones. As an example, its budget-friendly Narzo N53 features a camera module similar to that of iPhones, while the Realme C53 features the “Mini Capsule” feature.

Realme will gradually reveal more information about the Realme 12 5G and its intriguing Dynamic Button in the lead-up to its March 6th launch date.
