Even more than last year, 2024 will be the year of artificial intelligence. There’s a new teaser video for the Moto X50 Ultra that features Formula 1 cars, but the real star is AI.

As seen in the video itself, the phone has a leatherette back and a camera on the top left. A Weibo post that shared the video mentions the F1 China Grand Prix. Motorola will likely unveil the Moto X50 Ultra at or around the time of the Chinese race on April 21.

Last year there was no X40 Pro and certainly no Ultra, just a Moto X40 that arrived on the global market as the Moto Edge 40 Pro. The Moto X30 Pro was the predecessor to the Moto Edge 30 Ultra. There has never been an X-series Ultra before.

According to some reports, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro will have a 4,500mAh battery and 125W and 50W wireless charging capabilities. In terms of battery capacity, that’s similar to the Edge 40 Pro, which offers a 4,600mAh battery and 125W wired charging.

According to Moto’s naming scheme, the Edge 50 Pro will be based on the Moto X50, not the X50 Ultra. It’s all speculation, of course. No matter what, the first Moto X Ultra is bound to be something special.

Users worldwide might be able to access the innovative features and outstanding performance of the Motorola Edge 50 Pro as the global version of the Moto X50 Ultra.
