For those who purchased 256GB storage versions of the OnePlus 12R in the past, OnePlus is now offering a full refund if they are willing to return the device. OnePlus advertised that the 16GB RAM and 256GB storage trim of the OP 12R had UFS 4.0 storage, but it had UFS 3.1, as OnePlus President and COO Kinder Liu later confirmed. According to the executive, all buyers of the 256GB storage OnePlus 12R are eligible for a full refund until March 16.

OnePlus Customer Service can assist you with a refund if you purchased a 256GB OnePlus 12R. It should be a simple process, but keep in mind that this promotion is only valid until March 16.
