On its much-anticipated device, HONOR X9b, Honor is offering a free Mobile Protection Plan, powered by OnsiteGo, worth INR 2,999. The company offers a one-time screen replacement within 6 months along with a 30-day Assured Buy Back option up to 90% on the X9b smartphones. As part of this comprehensive package, the company also provides 6 months of extended warranty coverage and 18 months of door-to-door service assistance.

Screen replacement:

With the Screen Replacement program, consumers can replace their primary screens once for free within six months of purchase. The program ensures guaranteed approval as well as free doorstep pickup and delivery from Brand Authorized Service Centers. Additional damage to the device, other than the screen, will limit the brand’s liability to the cost of replacing the screen.

Assured Buy Back Program:

Honor also announced a 30-day Assured Buy Back Program. During the redemption process, all HONOR X9b users will receive 90% of the invoice value (ex GST). To ensure the integrity of the redeemed devices, certain deductions or exclusions apply. A phone with a broken or damaged body or screen cannot be redeemed. For missing original accessories, you will be charged 1500, 20% for major scratches or dents, 15% for minor scratches or dents, and 1000 if the original box is missing.

Extended Warranty and more:

Furthermore, Honor is offering a six-month extended warranty with multiples up to the amount guaranteed, ensuring device longevity, as well as free doorstep pickup and delivery of repairs from Brand Authorized Service Centers, which guarantee genuine parts. Additionally, users can take advantage of Zero Depreciation Programs and Zero Excess Plans, which offer full coverage without depreciation and the option to not pay additional amounts in the event of damage. Consumables, such as batteries and accessories, are not included.
