Redmi Note 13 series will be unveiled in India later this week. In addition, as per the brand’s teasers, the global variants are set to feature the same specifications as the Chinese variants. Xiaomi has begun teasing the arrival of its HyperOS in India. Last October, a new operating system was announced to replace MIUI.

Xiaomi announced HyperOS is coming to India on X. In the next few days, the brand will reveal more details. The teaser confirms that the new operating system may launch soon in the country, even though it is unclear when or what devices will be eligible. Xiaomi may reveal details about HyperOS at the launch event for the Redmi Note 13 series on January 4. No word on whether the upcoming smartphones will ship with MIUI or HyperOS.

Xiaomi announced on its official HyperOS India account on X that the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 6 will be the first devices to receive the new operating system. Later this month, the rollout will begin.

Following the company’s announcement last month of its global rollout, Xiaomi is now teasing HyperOS’s arrival in India. In the first quarter of 2024, the operating system will be available on eight Xiaomi and Redmi devices and one POCO phone.
