We have entered the month of the Galaxy S24 launch. The new Samsung flagships are expected to be unveiled on January 17, according to leaks. The company will follow up with an A-series premium mid-range smartphone a couple of months later. Recently, there have been a handful of leaks about the Galaxy A55. In today’s post, we present exclusive renders of the phone in three colors, giving you a closer look at its design.

It comes in three awesome colors: Awesome Iceblue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy (see below). The phone resembles its predecessor, the Galaxy A54, for the most part. Every Samsung phone launched in 2023 featured the same design language, including flagships. This year, not much has changed. It appears that the company is differentiating mid-range models with a new design element.

Design:

Known as Key Island buttons, the power and volume keys are slightly raised around the frame. Last month, Samsung launched the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 with this design. It is also available on the Galaxy A55. On the right side of the device, you will find the physical buttons. Antenna lines can be seen on the frame, indicating a metallic construction. It was previously rumored that the phone would have an aluminum frame.

In addition to the slight bump on the right side, the frame has rounded corners. Both the front and back of the handset are flat. Without a universal camera housing, the rear camera array includes three lenses protruding out of the back panel individually. As you can see from the side-on view of the handset, the lens protrudes considerably from the phone’s body. The vertical camera setup is accompanied by an LED flash.

Samsung’s Galaxy A55 features a flat display with large bezels on the front. Due to the slightly thicker chin, there are no symmetrical bezels here. At the top, there is a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. Both the front and back of the phone look similar to the 2023 model. Only the frame’s small bump is noticeable.
