The Honor X9b accidentally leaked on Amazon India yesterday before it was officially announced. Now that the leak has been revealed, the brand has confirmed the smartphone’s launch date. According to a recent tweet by the brand, the Honor X9b will launch in India on February 15.

This will be the first ultra-bounce display smartphone in India to feature ‘Airbag’ technology. The screen, frame, and internal components of this phone will be protected at three levels. The cushioning material has micron-sized pores that can absorb 1.2 times as much impact as a drop.

The new Honor X9b comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rate support. It comes with HDR10 & 10-bit color support. The Honor X9b will ship with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.

The Honor X9b will ship with triple rear cameras with a 108MP main sensor having an aperture of f/1.9. It is coupled with a 8MP ultra-wide with f/2.0 and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP selfie shooter on the front. The device comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.1 & in-display fingerprint scanner support. It runs on Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 on top.

It packs a massive 5800 mAh battery with 35W fast charging support. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, and GPS. It also comes with Wifi 6, USB Type-C Port,  Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC.
