With excellent performance, features, and battery life, the Google Pixel Watch 2 is a stylish smartwatch. Despite its 41mm size, many complain that it’s too small. With sizes going up to 47mm, this is smaller than what competitors like Samsung offer.

Google is expected to address this issue with the Pixel Watch 3, which is expected to come in two sizes. Although the exact case sizes are unknown, the larger option will be larger than the 41mm Pixel Watch 2.

In a bigger casing, Google could fit a larger display, such as a 1.3-inch screen, and a bigger battery. Adding more health sensors would also be possible.

It is expected that the larger Pixel Watch 3 will use 22mm bands, which are wider than the current model’s 20mm bands. By reducing the bezel around the screen, Google could also make the watch look sleeker.

Those with larger wrists or those who need a longer-lasting battery would benefit from this larger Pixel Watch. With its always-on display, the Pixel Watch 2 already lasts 24 hours, but a bigger model would probably last even longer.

In keeping with Google’s past two years, the Pixel Watch 3 is expected to launch in early October along with the new Pixel 9 series. It’s expected to use the same Snapdragon W5 chipset as the Pixel Watch 2, as there hasn’t been any news about a new Wear OS chipset.
