Today, Acer announced its Nitro 17 gaming laptop (AN17-72) at CES (Consumer Electronics Show). Acer Nitro 17 is powered by Intel’s 14th Gen processors. Further, it comes with a new Nvidia’s RTX 40 series GPU. Take a closer look at the device’s features and specifications.

Specs:

Acer Nitro 17 has a 17-inch QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 16:9, 165Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 3 ms response time. Up to Intel Core i7 processor 14700HX is paired with Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU to enable powerful multimedia processing and gaming.

With dual fans, quad intakes and quad exhausts, vector heat pipes, and liquid metal thermal grease on the CPU, the laptop has a streamlined thermal design. It includes AI features such as Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 for noise reduction and Acer PurifiedView for improved HD webcam performance. The device also has a backlit RGB keyboard.

Additionally, the Nitro 17 supports up to 32 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory and up to 2 TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Windows 11 are pre-installed on the laptop.

There are two Type C USB ports with Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, and a Micro SD card reader. As well as being compatible with Wi-Fi 6E, it also comes with Killer DoubleShot Pro Ethernet E3100G.
