A successor to this year’s Find X6 Pro is evidently already in the works at Oppo. Oppo’s entry into the big league is expected to arrive in 2024 under the name Find X7 Pro. On X, a tipster shared a leaked image of the camera island for Oppo’s upcoming flagship.

Clearly, the Hasselblad partnership is still going strong, which means the Find X7 Pro will also have Hasselblad color calibration for its cameras. In this image, four sensors are visible at least partially, which is interesting since the Find X6 Pro only had three. We can’t be certain with such little information if one of those cutouts is for something else.

According to rumors, the Find X7 devices will include satellite connectivity, and the Pro will use Sony’s LYT-900 sensor.

The Find X7 will come with the BOE X1 display, which is the same screen as the upcoming OnePlus 12. The OnePlus 12 is rumored to have a 6.82-inch curved-edge OLED display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels. With a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming, it boasts an impressive peak brightness of 4500 nits. There is a blue diamond arrangement for enhanced visuals and 510ppi pixel density. In addition to Oppo’s Display P1 chip, the OnePlus 12 has a DisplayMate A+ rating for its 2K screen.

Currently, the company is undecided between Samsung’s E7 and BOE’s E7 for the Find X7 Pro’s display, both of which would deliver 2K resolution. According to reports, the Find X7 will feature a Dimensity 9300 chipset, while the Pro will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. ColorOS 14-based Android 14 will power the series.

Previously we also got the alleged image showing the new Oppo Find X7 series. The device may feature an octagonal camera module with four cameras and an LED flash. It will be the first smartphone with dual periscope cameras, according to reports.
