The upcoming iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus might come with special USB-C cables that match their colors. It was shared by a Twitter user named Majin Bu, but the source isn’t confirmed.

Kosutami, a collector of prototype Apple devices, claims to have seen samples of these colored USB-C cables and believes they’ll come with the new iPhones.

Other than the black variant, the cables have shiny white plastic ends. The braided USB-C cables have tubes for extra durability. According to Kosutami, the cables will come in white, black, yellow, purple, and orange.

The orange color might look like the Coral option on the iPhone XR. They’re probably gonna match the iPhone 15 colors. It’s rumored that the iPhone 15 will come in pink and blue. It’s unclear what colors will be available.

Previously, all iPhones came with a white cable, regardless of color. It’s the same move Apple has been making for MacBooks with MagSafe 3, so this move for the iPhone makes sense.

According to MacRumors, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max versions are also expected to have braided USB-C to USB-C cables.
