Previously we already got various leaks revealing the European and the US pricing details of the new Galaxy Z Flip5 & Galaxy Z Fold5. Now ahead of the launch, we got the Indian pricing details of the new Galaxy Z Flip5 & Galaxy Z Fold5.

As per the tipster, one of the retailers has accidentally listed the Galaxy Z Flip5 & Galaxy Z Fold5 on their website which also mentions the Indian pricing. As per the leaks, the Galaxy Z Flip5 will cost over Rs.95,000/- for the base variant with GST it will cost over Rs.1,00,000/- in India. Further, the premium Galaxy Z Fold5 will set you back with an early offer price tag of Rs.1,43,500/- but with GST it reaches over Rs.1,50,00/- in India.

Do note these are early listings and might not be the correct pricing. Stay tuned for official pricing which will be out later this week.

The Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be available in three colors, Phantom Black, Cream, and Icy Blue. Storage options include 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 comes in Graphite, Cream, Lavender, and Mint colors. There will be 128 GB and 256 GB storage options available.

According to the leak, the Z Fold and Z 5lip 5 will also be available in Samsung-exclusive colors. Samsung’s online store will be the only place to purchase these shades. It has not yet been determined when Samsung will sell or deliver its upcoming foldables, but it is expected to be between August 12 and August 18, with August 22 being the furthest possible date.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5:

The image is shown in Black as the first color option. There will also be more color options available from the company. As with the previous model, Samsung may sell the S Pen separately in the future.

 

The placement of the USB Type-C port, speaker grills, and microphone arrangements are similar to the last generation device. There is also a triple rear camera setup on the back, which is similar to the Galaxy Fold 4. The image shows that the Galaxy Fold 5 might have a slimmer bezel than the Galaxy Z Fold 4, which will increase the screen-to-body ratio and provide an immersive viewing experience.

Aside from these details, we don’t know much about the device from the image. With the exception of the slimmer bezel, the design is quite similar to the predecessor. Samsung will not be releasing a major design overhaul this year. It arrives in Phantom Black, Cream, and Icy Blue. The device measures 13.4 mm thick and weighs 253g.

Specs:

The Galaxy Z Fold5 5G will sport the new two Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays of 7.6 inches with a resolution of 2176 x 1812 pixels (21.6:18 aspect ratio) with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ on top and there are secondary 6.2 inches FHD+ AMOLED display (2316 x 904p). The device comes with improved UTG glass this time.

The Galaxy Z Fold5 5G is indeed powered by SD 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB internal storage space. It comes with triple rear cameras featuring 50MP with f / 1.8, 1.8 Āµm, OIS, 2PD, 12MP telephoto lens with f/2.4, OIS, with 3x optical zoom and 12MP ultra-wide sensor with 123-degrees FoV, f/2.2 aperture with LED flash.

There is a new 4MP under-display selfie camera on the internal display with an f/1.8 aperture. There is a 10MP selfie camera on the external display with an f/2.2 aperture. The Galaxy Z Fold5 5G is also certified with an IP68 rating making it dust and water-resistant. It also getsĀ  S-Pen support, wireless charging, and Dolby Atmos speakers.

The connectivity option includes a Single SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G, NFC, A-GPS, GLONASS, NaVIC, USB Type-C, Wifi-6, and Bluetooth 5.3. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.

The Galaxy Z Fold5 ships with a 4400 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and 15W wireless charging.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5:

Based on the press render, we can see the device’s design, which confirms the large new cover display on the Galaxy Z Flip 5. The upcoming Flip model is rumored to have a taller 3.4-inch external display.

 

As compared to previous iterations, this is much larger. The display is even larger than the one found in the Oppo Find N2 Flip, which measures 3.26 inches. Under the cover display, the dual camera setup is housed horizontally. The device will likely be able to display more information and add more functionality due to the higher screen of real estate. It arrives in Lavender, Mint, Cream, and Graphite.

The new Galaxy Z Flip5 5G will sport the same 6.7 inches (2640 x 1080p) Dynamic AMOLED 2x foldable FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with Corning Gorilla Victus+ on top with a larger 3.4 inches (748 x 720p) OLED secondary HD display. It is now powered by SD 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB/512GB internal storage.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 5G still features the same dual rear cameras with a 12MP main wide sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, dual PD, and 12MP ultra-wide f/2.2 aperture with 123-degrees FoV and LED flash. There is the same 10MP selfie sensor with an aperture of f/2.4.

The Galaxy Z Flip5 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and gets an IPX8 rating making it dust and water-resistant. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM (1-eSIM+1-SIM) with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G, Dual-Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, and NFC.

The device packs a 3700 mAh battery with 25W fast charging & 15W wireless charging. It runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.
