Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro flagship phones featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in December 2022. Therefore, Xiaomi will launch its 14 flagship smartphone series by the end of this year in the home market. GSMChina has revealed the model numbers for the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro. Both smartphones’ model numbers can also be used to determine their launch dates.

The IMEI database has revealed two new devices with model codes 23127PN0CC / 23127PN0CG and 23116PN5BC / 23116PN5BG. According to the publication, these devices are the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro. Model codes that end in “C” are Chinese variants, whereas those that end in “G” are global versions.

In China, the Xiaomi 14 series may go official in November or December based on the numbers 2312 and 2311. Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro are likely to reach the global market within a couple of months.

The Xiaomi 14 series will also include the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, according to reports. It appears that the device could arrive in China in Q2 2024 since nothing is known about it yet. In November, Xiaomi is expected to introduce the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset for the 14, 14 Pro, and 14 Ultra.

The Xiaomi 14 Pro could be available with flat or curved screens, according to recent reports. This device is expected to have a rear camera setup with three 50MP cameras, including a Sony IMX989 with a 1-inch sensor. A periscope zoom camera will also be included in the setup. It is likely that the 14 Pro’s front camera will record 4K video. Each variant of the 14 Pro may have a 5,000mAh battery and support charging at 90W or 120W.
