In India, JBL has launched two new truly wireless earbuds. JBL TUNE Buds and TUNE Beam are part of the TUNE product line. The company began teasing their arrival earlier this month and has now released them. Apart from a few minor differences, both of these earbuds have similar features and specifications.

JBL TUNE Buds:

With JBL TUNE Buds TWS, you do not receive a stem, but rather a bud-style design. The speakers feature 10mm audio drivers that deliver JBL Pure Bass Sound. Moreover, Bluetooth 5.3 is supported with LE support, which contributes to the efficiency of the device.

This pair of earbuds is equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Smart Ambient. Even when you are listening to your favorite music, this feature keeps you aware of your surroundings. There is also a feature called TalkThru that allows you to have a quick conversation with someone around you without having to remove your headphones.

For crisp and clear calls, JBL touts its four-microphone setup. The Voice Aware feature allows you to control how much of your voice is heard. With this feature, you are able to control the amount of mic input being routed back to the earbuds. In terms of dust and water resistance, the device is rated IP54.

With the JBL Headphones companion app, you can customize a variety of aspects of the earbuds. It offers features such as customizing touch control gestures, audio profiles, and environmental noise. It is even possible to locate your earbuds by using the app. Voice assistant integration is also available on the earbuds.

According to JBL, the earbuds alone have a battery life of 12 hours. With the case attached, you can extend the battery life by an additional 36 hours, resulting in a cumulative battery life of 48 hours. With noise cancellation turned on, these numbers decrease to 10 hours and 30 hours, respectively. The good news is that these headphones support Speed Charge, which will provide you with four hours of playback after just 15 minutes of charging.

JBL TUNE Beam:

JBL TUNE Beam features a closed-type stick design that allows you to view the stem. Featuring 6mm audio drivers, these headphones provide an improved and immersive audio experience. The rest of the features are the same as those discussed above.

Pricing:

The JBL Tune Buds and TUNE Beam are available for a special launch price of Rs 5,499 and Rs 6,499, respectively. It is possible to purchase both earbuds through Amazon India and JBL’s official website in Black, Blue, and White colors.
