One UI 6.0 should be rolled out to Samsung devices launched in the last few years later this year. It is also expected that the company will roll out Android 14 to its Galaxy smartphones. As with One UI 5.0, the One UI 6.0 update based on Android 14 is expected to arrive around August.
Samsung is expected to bring all the major changes Google announced in the Developer Preview and Beta versions of One UI 6.0. Aside from gesture navigation, Samsung is expected to include updates to the sharing menu, pre-app language preference, and most of the new lock screen and home screen options announced at Google IO 2023 with Android 14 Beta 2.
Here is a list of phones that are likely to receive the update later this year based on Samsung’s update cycle.
Unless Samsung makes any changes to its plans, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, which is the latest S series flagship, will receive the update first. Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be the first to receive the updates. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 are likely to receive updates after this. Around August, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 are expected to receive the update.
On the other hand, the Samsung A series is likely to get the next batch of updates with the Galaxy A73, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A54. Some M series phones are likely to receive updates following this.

It is expected that One UI 6.0 Beta will begin rolling out in August of this year, while the stable version will follow soon afterward.
