HTC U20 5G

There are reports that HTC is preparing to launch its latest upper-midrange smartphone, the HTC U23 Pro, and real photos have been leaked online. Images shared on the PTT forum by netizen Symbian reveal a raised camera module with the words “108MP (OIS)”.

HTC U23 Pro is said to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and 12GB of RAM, a significant upgrade over HTC U20 Pro. In the leaked image, the device appears to have 8GB of RAM and a 4600mAh battery, suggesting there will be two or more storage variants. There are four cameras on the back of the U23 Pro, including a 108MP primary lens with optical image stabilization (OIS). On the front of the device is a punch-hole selfie camera.

Geekbench reveals that the HTC U23 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm chip. It features four 1.80GHz CPU cores, three 2.36GHz CPU cores, and one 2.40GHz CPU core. In the listing, the source code shows the Adreno 644 GPU as part of the SoC. Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is the chipset powering the HTC U23 Pro based on these details.

Geekbench also shows that the HTC U23 Pro has 12 GB of RAM and Android 13 OS. The device scored 933 points in the single-core and 2351 points in the multi-core tests of Geekbench 6.

Currently, HTC U23 Pro does not have any other specifications available. This device may come with a 120Hz AMOLED display, a big battery, and fast charging capabilities. It is likely that the U23 Pro will debut in Taiwan in June.
