Finally, the day is here and we got the new premium mid-range smartphone Redmi Note 12 Turbo officially launched. The new Redmi Note 12 Turbo will make its global debut under the POCO brand with the new POCO F5. Sadly, no word about when exactly the device will launch in India.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo:

The new Redmi Note 12 Turbo will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 900 nits and supports 12-bit colors, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+. The device measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 181g.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo is powered by the latest Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. It is coupled with 8GB/12GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB/512 GB/1TB UFS 3.1 storage space.

 

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo will feature a 64MP main sensor (f/1.88) with OIS support. It is coupled with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors. It features a 16MP selfie shooter. Sadly, the device still comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner & also got X-axis haptic motor. The device also gets a larger 3725mm² VC cooling chamber for lag-free gaming.

The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear X-axis motor, dual Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo packs 5000 mAh batteries with 67W fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top.

Pricing:

Redmi Note 12 Turbo with 8GB+256GB will cost 1999 Yuan (Rs.24,000/-), 12GB+256GB at 2099 Yuan (Rs.25,000/-), and 12GB+512GB at 2299 Yuan (Rs.27,500/-). The top-end 16GB+1TB costs 2599 Yuan (Rs.31,100/-) in China.
