Rumors have been circulating for a while. The latest Samsung has revealed official information regarding the Exynos 1380 5G chipset that will be used in the Galaxy A54 5G soon, including CPU and GPU specifications.

There are eight cores in the Exynos 1380 5G chip, which is divided into four clusters of four cores each with 4-Core Cortex-A78 speed 2.4GHz & 4-Core Cortex-A55 speed 2.0GHz.

There is a 40% increase in general usage speed, a 20% increase in game loading speed, and a 30% increase in multi-core performance compared to the original Exynos 1280.

Exynos 1380 5G features a Mali-G68 GPU with 950MHz speed for better gaming performance. Compared to the previous model, this model also saves energy.

NPU chip has been updated from the previous generation to support more processing power of 4.9TOPS (Exynos 1280 has 4.3TOPS), providing a better user experience with more intelligence.

Exynos 1380 5G chip support has also been enhanced as it can receive a FHD + screen with a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz, the highest RAM type LPDDR5, and a 200MP camera.

As for 5G, it supports speeds up to 3.67Gbps for downloads and 1.67Gbps for uploads.

The Exynos 1380 5G is an upgraded chip in many ways. We will have to wait and see if it will fit in the Galaxy A54 5G and how well it will meet our needs. It is expected to launch in early March, according to all rumors.
