Although the next iPhones are supposed to be released in September, more than half a year away still, they sure enjoy leaking. In addition to the previous CAD renders from last week, today we have another generated image of the iPhone 15.

Here is what is rumored to be the iPhone 15 Pro’s hero color. With a hex color code of #410D0D, it’s a very dark red. It should be noted that this render of the phone only shows the exact hue Apple intends to use on its Pro and Pro Max devices this year.

For the iPhone 12 and 13 generations, Pacific Blue was the exclusive hero color, while Space Black and Deep Purple were special iterations for the iPhone 14 generation. It is likely that Apple’s marketing department will name something exciting for this exclusive dark red version of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max later this year.

It is expected that Apple will offer pink (hex code #CE3B6C) and light blue (#0DB1E2) options for its vanilla iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models. There’s one caveat to this rumor: although Apple might be considering any or all of these colors for the next-gen iPhones, some might not make the cut.

While Apple did work on a gold iPhone X back in the day, it was never released, despite going through the FCC certification process.
