The iQOO Neo 7 is scheduled to go official in India on Feb. 16. Amazon India and iQOO India now have their landing pages available. Several weeks before the phone’s launch date, the company gradually revealed its key features. Neo 7 will be India’s first smartphone powered by Dimensity 8200. There is now a mention of the RAM and storage type on the phone’s landing page. It also mentions the variants’ configurations.

In addition to LPDDR5 RAM, the iQOO Neo 7 will feature UFS 3.1 storage. With Extended RAM 3.0, it will come with 8 GB of virtual RAM.

On AnTuTu, the Dimensity 8200-powered Neo 7 scored 893,690. Apparently, the score belongs to the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant. It is possible that this is the configuration of Neo 7’s highest variant.

Last year, the iQOO Neo 6 was available in two storage configurations: 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. Thus, the Neo 7 may also come in the same RAM and storage configurations.

It has already been confirmed that the iQOO Neo 7 will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED E5 display with Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
