A new tablet is on the way from Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi, tentatively called the Redmi Pad. According to reports, it will be launched in China soon. According to a new Pricebaba report, it will also be released globally. The Redmi Pad’s global edition has been revealed, along with its variants and pricing.
In Europe, the Redmi Pad will be available in two variants: 3 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. According to reports, both models will cost between 250 Euros (Rs.19,800/-) and 350 euros (Rs.27,800/-). There will be only one color available, Grey. Redmi Pad will also be offered in 4G and 5G versions, according to the report.
An alleged Redmi Pad render surfaced earlier this month, as shown above. It appears to have a metallic body, based on the image. There is a power button and a volume rocker on its edges. The Redmi Pad may be the Xiaomi device with the 22081281AC model number, which was certified by the 3C authority in China last month.
A recent leak has revealed this tablet. According to Mukul Sharma, Redmi Pad 4G has a 7800mAh battery and supports 22.5-watt fast charging. He mentioned the alleged specifications of the upcoming tablet in a tweet, stating that the device will be powered by an Helio G99 chipset and display an 11.2-inch LCD.
