Yesterday, Motorola launched the Moto Edge 30 Ultra and Moto Edge 30 Fusion flagship smartphones in India. Moto E22 and E22i are reportedly the brand’s next budget offerings.

The Moto E22 is expected to make its global debut on September 16 according to Pricebaba, quoting tipster Paras Guglani aka Passionate Geekz. The smartphone is expected to be priced between Rs 10,000 – Rs 15,000 in India. Also, the tipster shared renders of three colors of the upcoming Motorola budget smartphone – white, light blue, and navy.

In the renders, we can see a gloss back panel, a rectangular camera module, and a dual rear camera setup. Motorola branding appears on the bottom of the back panel, with a Motorola logo in the center. Additionally, the renders show a chin that is rather thick with a flat-edged design and a waterdrop notch on the front panel.

It is expected that the Moto E22 will be a budget phone. So far, not much is known about the smartphone, but it is expected to feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display. Previous rumors suggest the Moto E22 will use a MediaTek Helio chipset, and it may have a 5,000mAh battery. Android 12 is likely to come pre-installed on the phone. As well as a 3.5mm headphone jack, the Moto E22 may support Dolby Atmos.
